Just what I needed
Pex had the most competitive price and I received the product in a matter of a few days. I needed the electric control portion of this unit to replace one that failed after many years of use. I just popped on the new unit to the old base and hooked up the wires and I was back in business in no time.

Taco 570 Gold Series zone valves (including the 572-3 model) are Heat Motor Zone Valves, which means that they are slow-closing and will not cause water hammer effect typical for solenoid valves or other fast open/close valves.
