Taco 555-050RP Zone Valve Replacement Power Head allows to service a 571, 572 or 573 series zone valve without removing it. Feauters easy twist-off design and comes with a 3-year factory warranty.

Compatible with Gold Series Taco Zone Valves in 1/2" - 1 1/4" sweat connections (Taco models 570, 571, 572 & 573).

I bought this power head as a spare, since I have found that the part has a finite life. I usually get about 4 or 5 years out of the head that controls my upstairs zone valve, and 10 years or more on the one that controls the downstairs valve, which is used a lot less.
