Sioux Chief FullFlush + Push-Tite series PVC closet flange has a 4" gasket, inside-fit connection which allows it to be installed inside a 4" PVC, ABS or cast iron no-hub pipe. Stainless steel swivel ring with bolt slots/tabs offers added flexibility during toilet bowl installation.
