Description

6" x 3.5", 1/2" PEX (F1807) inlet, spin closed. 1/2" copper pipe size. Features a square O-strap (ear) with pre-drilled holes for mounting purposes. Used for transition between PEX tubing and copper pipes to stub out of the walls or floors. Spin closed outlet allows for pressure testing before installation of stop valves and prevents dirt and debris from getting inside the pipes during various phases of construction.

Compatible with 1/2" sweat or 5/8" OD compression stop valves and can be connected to other pipes (such as PEX, CPVC, etc.) by using a 1/2" female sweat adapter.

these are a GREAT product
These make a irritating job easy. I crimp the hose on before mounting, nail or screw the flange to a stud or blocking, and you're done! The flanges make it easy to put the tube just where you want it, and keep the tube square to the wall. I never want to use the other stub outs without the flange again!!! Price is great too.

Copper Stub Out with mounting ear
I like the mounting ear for ease of aligning the stub out. This gave me nice professional installation. Used for vanity hot and cold, toilet, and shower head. I wish the ear was soldered to the stub out to make the attachment more ridgid. I still added clamps to the piping for a firmer support.

I use it for stub out but also use it for under cabinet valve support. I point it up ward screwed into a piece of 2x4 stock, add an 18 to 24 inch extension and the shut of valve and bam a very solid & stable assembly for under sink area that is more ridigid than a piece of pex
