Description

Viega MiniBloc manifold with (7) 1/2" PEX Crimp ports - (3) hot and (4) cold. Intended for use with ViegaPEX Ultra (Potable/Non-barrier) tubing and Crimp connection method. Also compatible with all other types (A, B, C) and brands of PEX tubing. Each port (branch) is equipped with a built-in 1/4 turn shut-off valve for individual fixture control. Includes PEX adapters for all ports (branches) and Valve Key.
NOTE: Supply adapters (which connect the main water pipe line to the MiniBloc) are not included and must be purchased separately. Accessories (supply end caps, port caps, brackets, etc.) are sold separately.

I am looking for a 7-port minibloc with (3) cold and (4) hot. Is there a model that has that.. or. Can i change the valves (blue fo r red and red for blue) and connect the hot to the side with 4 valves

You can get the valve stem replacement kit and change out the middle valve so that you would have (4) hot and (3) cold - as needed.

I have a McDonald "Clamp" tool. Can I put the steel clamps on this manifold? It seems like Clamp and Crimp and sometimes used interchangeably??

The answer to your first question is yes. As for the second - PEX crimp fittings (including the ones on this Viega ManaBloc) are universal, and will work with all types of PEX. There are two connection methods compatible with crimp fittings - crimp (copper PEX crimp rings + PEX crimp tool) and cinch/clamp (stainless steel PEX clamps and PEX cinch/clamp tool). While these terms are could be used interchangeably, it is best to specify which connection method is used to avoid confusion with tools and rings.

Can you connect both 3/8" and 1/2" pex pipe to this and if so, does it include both sizes of connections? Thanks!!

Both 3/8" and 1/2" PEX tubing can be connected, but his specific model (51073) has only 1/2" PEX adapters. You may purchase 3/8" adapters (part# 50023) if needed.
