The pump and associated parts were all in the box as expected. The only problem encountered was a minor dent in the fan protector screen. The tolerance is very close between the fan blade and the cover. When the pump started it made a terrible noise and upon further examination noted that the blade was rubbing against the housing. There was a dent in the screen. It appears to have occurred in shipping based on the condition of the box in that area. Made the adjustments to the screen to allow the blade to spin freely
