ThermalBoard 3/8" PEX Radiant Floor Heat Panel 16" x 48", Return/Combo (min order 99 pcs straight+return)

ThermalBoard is a radiant heat panel designed for "sandwich" type floor heating applications, where PEX tubing is positioned between the subfloor (whether standard plywood on joists or a concrete slab) and the finished floor.
Each board is 16" wide x 48" long and is comprised of a MDF substrate (no VOCs, formaldehyde-free and MR30 moisture resistant) bonded to a reflective aluminum top layer. This combination has been tested and proven to be both more efficient and more affordable than similar options on the market.
ThermalBoard is ideally suited for retrofit projects where pouring a new slab for PEX or stapling the same between the joists is not possible or impractical. Single-family or multi-story, multi-family residential homes & apartment buildings are great examples.
Designed for use with 3/8" PEX, the panel is only 5/8" thick and will not raise the floors significantly. 3/8" PEX pipe is also more flexible than standard 1/2" size used in radiant floor heat projects and can be spaced at only 8" apart (standard PEX spacing in ThermalBoard) - allowing for a more even heat distribution and eliminating cold spots.
The panel comes in only (2) options - straight and return (U-turn) combi, which makes design and installation a breeze comparing to other brands. ThermalBoard can be adhered to the subfloor using readily-available construction adhesive and screws (or cross-stapled - see manual for details).

NOTE 1: there's a mimum purchase requirement of 99 pcs of ThermalBoard (any mix of straight and return/U-turn panels). If you require less than 99 panels total - please contact us for a separate quote.
