Takagi T-H3M-DV-P model is a high-efficiency condensing indoor propane gas tankless water heater, intended for small residential applications.

I already have one of these in my house and it works well. Saves me money over the old hot water tank. It does take some time to get hot water flowing but I've gotten accustomed to that. It's the same as any other tankless units in my experience. This unit is for my house and installation is planned for April.
