I have these in 2 of my units and am about to buy 2 more for a new duplex. I use them not just for domestic hot water but also for radiant heat via Pex tubing in concrete. What is the max temp? Can the max temp be modified such as the Bosch 940 with a single control board Jumper to 180deg (or so).

Max temperature for T-H3J models is 140F. Among T-H3J, T-H3S and T-H3, only the latter allows to set temperature as high as 185F. More information can be found on page 44 of the manual.
