Taco 007E-2F2 is a wet rotor circulator pump with a high-efficiency ECM permanent magnet motor. The 007E is everything you love about the 007 Series circulator pump. It is ideal for hydronic systems zoned with circulators or zone valves. The 007E delivers the performance equivalent to the 007 Series circulator pumps plus the reliability and ease of installation that made the Taco 00 Series circulators famous.

It is not a variable speed circulator, but simply an energy-efficient version of the 007-F5 series which uses up to 85% less electricity.

007E-F2 was discontinued Oct-28, 2018, is this still 007E-F2 stock or do you have the new 007FE-2F2 stock ?

Will this work with raddiant heat in concrete, 1600 sq ft garage?

To size a circulator pump, you would need to calculate flow and pressure drop in the system. Based on the limited information provided, 007 might not be enough to handle the pressure drop if you're using 1/2" PEX, but should be sufficient for 3/4" PEX (provided, of course, that it's multiple loops, not a single pipe run).

Does the pump come with the mating flanges and for what size pipe?

The pump does not include flanges. Flange connection on most standard circulator pumps (Taco, Grundfos, Armstrong, Wilo, etc.) is standard, which means flanges are interchangeable.You can find them here and here.
