Description

3/4" PEX (F1960) x 3/4" PVC adapter is used to make a transition between 3/4" PEX-A tubing and 3/4" PVC pipe in a straight line. PEX side of the fitting is installed using expansion connection method (expander tool + expansion rings). PVC side of the fitting is installed in the same way as regular PVC connection (primer, glue). Made in the USA from copper.

PVC to PEX conversion
SharkBite fittings aren't recommended for repair under ground but these adapters are ideal for this type repair.

What kind of PVC? Sch 40? CPVC?

This fitting works with Sch 40 or 80 PVC pipe. For CPVC pipe, a different fitting would be needed - 645WGC3.

Can I use this on PEX b

It can be used only with expandable type PEX-b (such as Sioux Chief PowerPEX-B) or any brand of PEX-A tubing. It will not work for regular PEX-B tubing (Viega, Everhot, etc.)
