100ft roll of 3/4" PEX plumbing tubing (non-barrier PEX tubing) for use in residential plumbing applications.

Manufactured to ASTM F876/F877/F2023 and CSA B137.5 standards, certified for use in potable water applications. Backed by a 25 year manufacturer's warranty. UPC listed by IAPMO.
Pressure ratings: 79psi @ 200F, 100psi @ 180F, 160psi @ 73F


Everhot PEX Plumbing Tubing (Non-Barrier):

  • Is manufactured to ASTM F876/F877, AWWA C904 & CSA B137.5 standards.
  • Tested and Certified by NSF for potable water applications and complies with NSF/ANSI 61 standard.
  • Lead-Free Certified by NSF, complies with NSF/ANSI 372 (nsf-pw-g) standard and SDWA guidelines, lead-free compliant for all of the USA.
  • NSF Certified to the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC).
  • Meets chlorine resistance requirements when tested in accordance with ASTM F2023.

Applications:

3/4" non-barrier PEX tubing can be used for residential and light commercial hot/could water plumbing applications.


Compatibility:

Everhot 3/4" PEX Tubing is PEX-B tubing and can be installed using either Crimp type connection system (Crimp Tool, Crimp-style PEX Fittings and Copper Crimp Rings) or Clamp/Cinch type connection system (Clamp Tool, Crimp-style PEX Fittings and Stainless Steel Clamps). Also compatible with Push-Fit connection system (such as SharkBite), Viega Press type system and Compression type PEX fittings.

In winter, if left in the back of a truck or at the jobsite, PEX will indeed become stiffer. You can easily make it softer by bringing it inside a heated room, leaving it close (but not too close) to a heater, or even submerging it into a tub with hot water if possible (a running shower works too) - this works for all types/brands of PEX.

PEX is not rated for prolonged and continuous sun exposure, so a sleeve is a must. The most common and cost-effective sleeve option is a corrugated HDPE plastic pipe. It is widely available in home improvement and gardening/landscaping stores. The ID of the corrugated pipe should be at least 1/8" larger than OD of PEX you're using. For 1/2" PEX you would need 3/4" ID sleeve, for 3/4" PEX - 1" ID sleeve and for 1" PEX - 1-1/4" ID sleeve.
