Honeywell/Resideo TH8321WF1001 is a programmable, Wi-Fi enabled touchscreen thermostat designed for up to 2-stage heating / 2-stage cooling conventional or 3-stage heating and 2-stage cooling heat pump system w/ optional emergency heat. Systems include, but not limited to: gas/oil/electric heat with/without a/c, high efficiency furnaces, geathermal radiant heat, heat pumps, etc. This thermostat is a powerhouse packed with features, including remote access and control via Total Connect Comfort app, commercial mode (with 365-day programming), detailed IAQ ( incl. ventilation, humidification and dehumidification) control, smart reminders (filter change, etc.), keypad lockout and many others.
