Great pump, cheesy plastic This stainless pump is a workhorse and worth the money. BUT, one drawback is how thin and brittle the plastic electrical housing is. It's easily cracked in shipping and you need to handle it carefully when installing. The plastic switch which changes speeds is equally bad. You sometimes think you'll break the tiny handle before the switch moves. But this is only my 2nd replacement in 16 years on my 3 zone system, so that's pretty good.
