Flow Switches
Paddle-style flow switches are devices with simple on/off operation which detect the movement of liquid/water/steam (or air in HVAC applications) inside the system and turn on or shut down a wide range of equipment - pumps, alarms, burners, fans, etc.
They are also commonly used in conjunction with electric hot water boilers (residential and commercial) to prevent immersion elements from overheating if there's no water flow in the system.
Liquid flow switches generally have an adjustable sensitivity and come with various type & size paddles for different pipe sizes and flow specifics.
