Astro 2 series, 230SS model is a 115V, 3-speed flanged circulator designed for domestic water or open-loop heating applications. 3 speeds (Low/Med/Hi) offer flexibility in installation of domestic recirculation, radiant heating, baseboard and other systems.

In a medium sized home, this pump can recirculate the water in well under a minute. To determine exact time, you would need to know circulator pump's output (in Gallons per Minute or GPM), which is dependent on the pressure drop it needs to overcome. This model can output about 14 GPM at 4ft of head pressure or ~2 GPM at 14ft of head (see performance chart picture in Literature->Brochure).
