Universally compatible with all 4" Z-Flex chimney liners (standard, Smoothcore, pre-insulated, etc.).
Insert adapter connects the appliance flue outlet to chimney liner and is used where chimney is directly above the appliance or where vertical venting of the appliance is possible.
Insert adapters are the most common way of connecting the chimney liner to wood stove fireplace inserts, gas fireplaces and many others (boilers, water heaters, furnaces, etc.)
