Description

4" NovaVent vertical condensate drain tee for Z-Vent and NovaVent pipe by Z-Flex. This fitting is a 2-in-1 condensate drain and a 90-degree elbow, used to drain condensate on vertical pipe runs when venting high-efficiency (condensing) appliances. Condensate outlet is 3/8". Compatible with 2SVEDTK18, 2SVEDTK36 and similar drain hose kits w/ 3/8" ID.
Note: NovaVent is an economic alternative to Z-Vent made by the same company from a different grade of stainless steel and meets the same standards. It can be used in place of Z-Vent fittings & pipe where permitted.

If this is used in exhaust line how can this be used without leaking gases into room

The silicone gasket inside the hub seals against exhaust gas leaks, while the worm gear clamp secures the pipe in place. Installation also requires use of Z-Flex Z-Vent sealant.
