Description

Termination hood with built-in backdraft damper and bird screen for 3" Z-Vent or NovaVent pipe and fittings by Z-Flex.
Damper and extra-long tailpiece make this hood an optimal choice for cold climate installations.
This hood can be used either for fresh air intake or for gas flue/exhaust. If used for flue, local code may require a wall thimble (such as Z-Vent 2SVWT03).
Made in the USA from AL29-4C steel for Category III (standard efficiency, power-vented) and Category IV (high-efficiency, power-vented) appliances - water heaters, boilers, etc.
