Snap-in pipe clips can be used with PEX, copper and CPVC pipes and offer one of the most effective, versatile and reliable ways to secure tubing. Snap-in clips can be used both for horizontal and vertical pipe runs and require a single flat-head fastener.
PEX snap-in clips are designed to allow for installation of clips prior to the installation of tubing. This is extremely useful in overhead installation projects (such as subfloor radiant heating), where clips can be installed along the PEX tubing runs first and then pipe can easily be snapped into the clips.
Snap-in Clips can replace both types of pipe clamps - support type and regular straight type. Recommended installation spacing is 24-30" for horizontal runs and 36-48" for vertical runs of tubing.
