Description

PEX x Copper Fitting (Male Sweat) Elbow is used to transition between PEX tubing and copper fittings at a 90-degree angle.

When making a connection, always solder the sweat part of the fitting first, cool it off and then connect the PEX side.

This crimp style PEX fitting can be installed using the following connection systems:
  • Crimp Connection System (Copper Crimp Rings + PEX Crimp Tool)
  • Clamp (Cinch) Connection System (Stainless Steel PEX Clamps + PEX Clamp Tool)

Made of lead-free brass, approved for potable water use.

Manufactured to ASTM F1807.

For use with 3/4" PEX Tubing and 3/4" Copper Fittings.

Which elbow, the PXLF7603 or BPF760 is used to sweat onto 3/4 Slant-fin baseboard heat?

In applications where the water is used only for hydronic or radiant heating purposes, the regular BPF7603 can be used. For potable water applications, the lead-free version (PXLF7603) must be used.
