1/2" PEX Rails can be used in a variety of radiant heating projects. They are designed for use in concrete slabs, where tubing has to be installed in a proper pattern to distribute the heat evenly.
46" long PEX Rails have channel spacing at every 2" OC (On Center), allowing installer to lay out the PEX tubing as needed.
Most typically installed at 3ft apart.
All rails are pre-drilled with holes which allow to attach them to rigid foam board insulation with clips.
Lightweight and durable, PEX rails reduce installation time when compared to other methods, such as ties, mesh clips and staples.
