Fantastic - tankless heater and pexuniverse
This is my second tankless. Replaced 10 year old plus bosch unit that I wouldn't have given 5 stars to. This has been flawless since install, much faster to deliver hot water than previous unit and at very low flow as needed. Bring on the simultaneous showers, this can do it. Props for pexuniverse as well - 5 stars - very fast shipping, great communications.

Great water heater
I did a bunch of research and landed on this model. Installed 2 weeks ago. Fairly simple install (after a lot of work to move my plumbing). Biggest note: if your gas is plumbed for a standard tanked waterheater, it's likely not big enough in diameter. I took a chance with mine (it's only 1/2" pipe for last 10 ft, and 3/4 for a pretty long run). It's summer, with 85 inlet water so heating up is fine now... however, I can see that flow doesn't meet spec. In the winter there's no way the fire will be hot enough so I'm going to have to run a new gas line once the attic cools down.

Since the 1st one is still going strong 6 years later at home, I decided to start a project on my 9 family bldg. I plan on installing a 2nd unit to cover the usage.
