Robust Sillcock / Fragile Wheel Handle
The metal wheel handle spokes are underdesigned. The sillcock is robust but the handle is brittle metal. It is too fragile and can shatter if impacted.

William, you can contact our customer service and they should be able to get you a replacement handle. On a side note, if the valve gets hit often, you might want to consider a recessed commercial version instead. The handle is standard zinc alloy, the same used in other high-end brands. We've sold thousands of these valves and had no issues with the handle breaking from typical use.

Is this PEX connection compatible with the Milwaukee PEX expansion tool system where the PEX pipe and collar are expanded with Milwaukee tool then allowed to contract onto male PEX barb, forming waterproof seal?

No. This valve has a standard crimp connection which utilizes either PEX crimp or cinch/clamp method. The method you're describing is PEX expansion method, which requires fittings/valves with an F1960 standard. While we do not have the exact valve model, you can easily make your own by using 212010LF sillcock and 647WG2 adapter, both of which we stock.
