This copper press adapter is intended to transition from a 1-1/4" copper pipe to a 1-1/2" male threaded outlet or connection.

Get a 6 footer if you can find one
Figure out if a 72" line will give you enough BTU of gas under your realistic worst case of quantity of burners and the oven in use. In practicality, for a 30" stove, it will be fine. So get a line this long, instead of 3 or 4 ft., for better accessibility when installing and future needs to pull out the stove to clean, turn off gas valve, inspect, exterminate, etc.
