Description

This copper press adapter is intended to transition from a 1-1/4" copper pipe to a 1-1/2" male threaded outlet or connection.

Features:
  • Lead-free, meets NSF/ANSI 61 & 372, UPC and ICC compliant (see Literature for complete list of approvals)
  • Intended for hot & cold water plumbing, hydronic & radiant heating (incl. ethylene, propylene and butylene glycol mixes), compress air (oil-free), low pressure steam, vacuum, grey water and others.
  • Heat and flame-free installation - no need for fluxing, soldering or prep. work
  • Compatible with most compression tools
  • Non-pressed fittings are easily identifiable due to integrated leak paths

  • Hot & cold water: up to 200 psi at 33°F-250°F
  • Low pressure steam: up to 15 psi

Get a 6 footer if you can find one
Figure out if a 72" line will give you enough BTU of gas under your realistic worst case of quantity of burners and the oven in use. In practicality, for a 30" stove, it will be fine. So get a line this long, instead of 3 or 4 ft., for better accessibility when installing and future needs to pull out the stove to clean, turn off gas valve, inspect, exterminate, etc.
